Robertson Heritage Railway Station
Robertson Heritage Railway Station Inc is a not for profit group of railway and community volunteers who look after the heritage listed station buildings, the Fettlers Shed Gallery and the railway common picnic area. They are keen to welcome new members and would particularly appreciate people willing to join a small committee to plan and manage our big events.
There are two big events each year focusing on a vintage car day in autumn and a spring fair in October.
For rail enthusiasts members meet and greet the regular Cockatoo Run diesel hauled tourist train and usually manage to attract two or three large steam hauled trains during the year. These attract hundreds of tourists on the trains and spectators keen to see and photograph them.

Robertson Alternative Local Food Exchange
R.A.L.F.E. started in August 2014 as a Facebook gardeners’ group and in November of that same year Crop-Swap sprang up as a real life meeting place for members to come and share produce that they had grown or made themselves. Crop-Swap meets every Saturday from 9am – 10am out the front of Rockabellas Café. There is always a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and it’s a great place to meet people if you are new in town. Come to swap your home grown produce with others or just come, but be prepared to not walk away empty handed! You’d be forgiven for thinking that R.A.L.F.E. is about fresh, free, organic produce, grown by local farmers (ie householders), but you’d be wrong…..it’s about community.
